These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the nuyuhealthtech.com, nuyumarketing.ai, and nuyumcp.com websites (the "Sites"), operated by NUYU Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 35 692 027 937), trading as NUYU Health Technologies ("NUYU", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Sites
The Sites provide information about NUYU Health Technologies, our software development activities, and our portfolio of platforms. Each consumer-facing product in our portfolio (including PeptiClinic, CompoundConnect, AestheticOS, and PocketLegal) is governed by its own terms of service, available on the relevant product website.

You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with the operation of the Sites, scraping content at scale without permission, or using the Sites for any unlawful purpose.
